Who we are
Kennel Studio is run by Chinatsu Services. For anything about your data, write to chinatsuservices.ddns.net@gmail.com.
Your kennel records stay on your computer
The dogs, litters, clients, health tests and other records you enter into Kennel Studio are stored on your own computer. They are not uploaded to us.
What we keep when you use online licensing
If you sign in from the app to buy or activate a licence, we store the following on our licensing service, which runs on Cloudflare:

| Sign-in provider and account id | Which provider you used and your account's id at that provider, so we recognise you next time. |
| Licence request | The tier you chose, the amount, your payment reference, dates, and the licence key we issued to you. |
| Sign-in sessions | A scrambled (hashed) token that keeps you signed in on your computer. It expires after 90 days of not using the app. |
We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password, and we do not collect advertising or tracking data.
Why we use it
To give you the licence you paid for, to match your payment to your request, to keep your licence working when you reinstall, and to stop misuse. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Who sees it
Only us, plus Cloudflare as our hosting provider (it processes the data on our behalf), and Google or Microsoft for the sign-in itself. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your account details are kept until you delete your account. Payment records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records, but without your name, email or licence key once your account is deleted.
Your choices
- Delete your online account: use Delete my online account on the app's Licence screen, or email us. A licence key already on your computer keeps working.
- See, correct or export your data: email us and we will reply within a month.
- Complain: you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
